Setu Timoteo and Ethna Moala both run businesses along the West Coast Road in Samoa, one of the country's busiest and most important highways. Yet the road is located just metres from the shoreline, and the impact of climate change has seen increasing erosion, storm surges and flooding in the past decade.
As part of the Building Beyond Tomorrow series for the World Bank, together with Erin and AJ from Room3 and the wonderful team from Samoa's Land Transport Authority, we spent a few days with Setu and Ethna to share their reflections living and working along the road.
