I’ve been a big fan of Ben Groundwater's work for years. Ben's a brilliant writer - he captures the realities of travelling better than anyone. He's someone who you just want to have a beer with.

Fortunately, I get to do just that a bit these days, as Ben and I are now great mates. So I was stoked to join Ben and the wonderful Maria Pasquale, who now calls Roma her home, on the Traveller.com.au podcast, Flight of Fancy, to share my experience of living in the Solomon Islands for four years.
